•The Network Engineer is part of collaborative team that ensures the integrity of the data, voice, video, and wireless network services. The role will be responsible for maintaining procedural standards and organizational expectations while providing support for multiple company initiatives.

Responsibilities of Network Engineer:
  • Provide troubleshooting support and conduct research into networking issues and products as needed
  • Ensure installation procedures and networking protocols are being followed for equipment upgrades
  • Maintain a high level of process documentation and support
  • Hardware setup capabilities, troubleshooting network equipment
  • Ad hoc assignments and network operations support

Requirements for Network Engineer:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Experience with LAN/WAN implementation and support
  • Ability to coordinate with and provide instructions to technicians performing on-site installations procedures
  • Technical knowledge of network hardware and operating systems, including Cisco and Juniper
  • Experience working in a team oriented, collaborative environment
