Our clients Information Security Office seek IT Security Operations Specialist to join its dynamic and high-performing Operations team. The successful candidates will have the ability to learn and support cutting edge technology as well as the ability to work in both an individual and group environment. This is a highly ticket/follow-up focused role on tier 3/ advanced support escalations. This position requires a highly motivated individual who will relish working to improve established procedures and strive for operational excellence. Rotational on-call support will be required as a tier 3 support. 

Desired Expertise 
• 5 + Years of experience in designing and supporting CASB solution (Cloud Access Security Broker) - preferred 
• 5+ years of experience in working with Check Point Provider-1 environment 
• Experience supporting globally deployed Checkpoint firewall environment. 
• Extensive experience in troubleshooting firewalls at command level is a must 
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations/support in 4 or more of the following areas: Checkpoint Firewalls, Anti-virus, Websense triton, Cisco ASAs, Endpoint Security, Web Application Firewalls, 2-factor authentication, PKI and Disk Encryption technologies. 
• Prior experience working on Websense/Forcepoint triton environment is preferred. 
• Candidate must have at least 5 years of networking and security experience 
• Expert level troubleshooting skills at all layers of the OSI Model. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem solving and analytical skills, including the ability to produce usable and maintainable documentation 
• Time management skills with proven ability to effectively coordinate multiple tasks. 
• Advanced level understanding of TCP/IP and the common network protocols 
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environment 
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel 
• Broad understanding of all aspects of IT and enterprise systems interoperability. 
• Strong working knowledge of Windows client/server, Unix/Linux systems, and VMware is a plus. 
• Strong background in supporting network and security technologies 
Other Information 
Rotational on-call support will be required. Some off-hours work to be performed
