Apex Systems has an immediate opening for a Network Support Analyst. This assignment is slated for 3 months and is located onsite in Charlotte, NC.
This role is responsible for providing incident management in a network break/fix support capacity. You will work alongside team members in a NOC environment to monitor phones for incoming customer calls, create and work trouble tickets, and provide updates to management and/or customers.
We are looking for someone with:

  • 2+ years of Cisco, LAN/WAN, and TCP/IP experience
  • CCNA – Required – Must be active.
  •  The ability to quickly analyze and troubleshoot data and voice network outages.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
