Title: REMOTE O365 Engineer 
Contract W2
Responsibilities:
  • Execute, manage and lead a set of Office 365 workloads and EMS customers thru the Onboarding technical process Dell O365 Managed Services.
  • Assist Office 365 and EMS customers with configuration of onboarding tools and processes technology for managing customer workloads within their O365 tenant.
  • Drive high service levels for Tier 2 and 3 usage statistics across the customer base for all purchased workloads.
  • Work closely with the account management team to help drive overall success and intent.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within the assigned customers including when necessary executive roles.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with other customer facing account personnel in the Sales, Services, Marketing and Product Management teams.
  • Analyze, develop and communicate key reports as provided in the O365 Managed Service contract including process and technology improvement feedback for the FastTrack Center end to end process (Onboarding, Migration and Adoption).
  • Deliver and report key business metrics for FastTrack Center assigned customer base.
