Apex Systems, the nation’s 2nd largest Information Technology staffing firm, has an opportunity for an e-Commerce Business Consultant to work for one of our clients in Boca Raton, FL. This is a 6 month contract position.

Job Description:

The Business Consultant will be scheduling, attending and/or running cross-functional team meetings to drive programs and pilots on the omni-channel roadmap. The Conultant will be following up on next steps with all teams and providing updates to leadership, so excellent communication is a must! Daily responsibilities include tracking outstanding IT fixes/enhancements needed for BOPIS (buy online pick up in store), Ship-to-Store, and Same-Day-Delivery programs. Reviewing reports and invoices using pivot tables to analyze data for monitoring program performance and/or issues will also fall under daily responsibilities. The Consultant will be working cross-functionally, working closely with the Analytics Team to create/update dashboards and ad hoc reports in Tableau. Candidates must have analytical thinking, with a consulting background in the retail industry.
