Duties:
Operations Service Manager: looking for a candidate experienced in service delivery. Manages the expectations of the managed service deliverables from service suppliers. Ensures statement of work delivery is met or exceeds expectations, and the operation is in accordance with the established procedures and practices. Monitors service delivery performance from our vendors, reviewing response times, problem logs, and trends in problems reported.  Skills:
Service Delivery Management
Operations Program Management Education:
Experience as Service Delivery Manager for fast pace high tech environment.
