Oracle EBS Technical Consultant
Apex Systems is a large staffing and consulting firm and we are looking for an Oracle EBS developer with HRMS / payroll experience to place at our client, an Enterprise Retail Company. The project involves an integration with an Equifax interface.
I personally have placed 12 people with this client in the past year and I have successfully filled this role in the past (he is still there, FTE now, loves the workplace!)

Project Description:
Our client is a retail giant and they are going through a massive transformation from EBS to cloud. The project you would initially work on involves an integration with an Equifax interface. The move to cloud is a phased approach and is currently being rolled out in some banners. There is a massive amount of data to move and our client is looking for a long term resource for the organization.
Job Description:
This position requires extensive experience with design and development. Candidate should have the following experience
  • Experience as Oracle E-Business Suite technical consultant
  • Experience developing custom applications and extensions that integrate with the Oracle eBusiness Suite Human Resources Management System and Self-Service Human Resources
  • Thorough understanding of configurations and experience in implementation of the Oracle eBusiness Suite HR/Payroll module
  •  Experience developing interfaces to external systems and conversion of data from legacy systems.
  • Experience working with users including requirements definition, conducting testing and training.
  • Must be able to communicate and interact effectively with management, users, information technology personnel, and vendors, both orally, and in writing.
  • Ability to successfully interact in a team environment.

Key Qualifications:
  • Oracle EBS / Oracle 11i / Oracle R12
  • Experience working with HR / Payroll systems
  • Very familiar with tables
  • Integration experience from EBS to another system

Nice to Have:
  • Retail Experience
  • Oracle HCM Cloud experience
