Description:

Experienced Project Manager / Organizational Change Lead working with Investment Product & Services product projects. 

The individual will assist in the planning & coordination of activities related, but not limited to the socialization, training, communication and piloting of new releases to the field as well as home office ensuring the timely rollout via various channels across the enterprise. 

Candidates must have strong organizational and communication skills and be comfortable with ambiguity and multi-tasking. Experience using MS Office products including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint are required. SharePoint competency and experience with Kanban and/or other agile methodologies is strongly desired. Looking for a quick learner that can anticipate needs, works well as part of a team and possess strong decision making capabilities.
Organized Able to assess impact analysis (current state vs. future state) Experience in change management (communication, training and promotion) Successful in a fast-paced environment Independent decision maker - can execute with little guidance once understand the objective Comfortable with ambiguity (flexible priorities)
