PAR Analyst
Chesapeake, VA
Contract to hire 
The PAR Analyst apply their skills and experience in performing end to end Personnel Processing functions and demonstrate knowledge of the Personnel Data business process and technology.
Responsibilities Include
  • Participate in Quality Control and Process Improvement Activities;
  • Perform Personnel Action Request Processes;
  • Respond to customer requests for information;
  • Make Corrections to Personnel Data;
  • Maintain applicant/employee records in HRIS;
  • Input data into Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS);
  • Interpretation of federal rules and regulations

Minimum Qualifications
  • 1-2 years directly related Human Resource experience including:
    • work interfacing with a federal payroll provider
    • producing and utilizing reports out of various HRIS to identify status of personnel actions and taking required actions based on data in reports
  • Demonstrated proficiency in customer service
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to handle shifting workloads and priorities timely and accurately

Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
  • HR administrative experience
  • Shared services experience 

Additional Notes
