• 5+ years’ of application development with Agile Scrum experience and implementation experience. • 2+ years of active Pega Systems application development/architecture on version 7.1+ frameworks

 

• Pega certified LBA (Lead Business Architect), and/or equivalent training/experience 
• Experience in analysis of Agile user stories in development Business Process Management (BPM) applications using Pega PRPC frameworks 
• Proficient in Wells Fargo SDLC requirements (documentation, planning, change management) for developing large scale enterprise applications using the Agile Scrum Methodology. 
• Can perform either Business Analysis or Scrum Master role if required to implement PPRC foundation layer components or utilities. 
• Proficient in product development participating in Agile ceremonies (grooming, show-n-tell, retrospectives) 
• 3 analysts are required with a Specific Expertise to include: 
o analysis of shared components for PPRC Foundation Layer Components 
o analysis of Integration Interfaces to integrate the PPRC Foundation 
o Release Plan/Coordination, Test Coordination, and Deployment implementation
• Experience with Pega Agile Designer/Agile Studio story management tool 
• Experience working in Agile Scrum environment, expert in JIRA and Confluence 
• Emphasis on collaboration between Product Owner and with various Pega development teams, Architects, Tech Leads, and Operations teams 
• Able to work under pressure, team member oriented, with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
