Apex Systems is looking for a Senior Level Business Analyst with the following skills required:

•7+ years of BA experience in a technical environment working with application teams (writing Brds, fsds, documentation, mapping, presenting, etc)- acting as a lead 

•2+ years working with Pega including version 7 

•Pega Senior System Architect Certification (Pega CSSA)

•Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

•5+ years of experience partnering with development, testing and deployment teams as well as end-user or customer groups.

•2+ years of experience with successfully leading and coordinating the efforts of onshore and offshore development teams.

•1+ year of Agile experience

•Experience using Pega Frameworks

•Ability to quickly identify and focus on central issues in a complex situation with heightened sense of urgency and resolve.


Acts as a lead in providing application design guidance and consultation, utilizing a thorough understanding of application technology, tools and existing designs

Analyzes highly complex business requirements, designs and writes technical specifications to design or redesign complex computer platforms and applications

Leads projects and manages development direction of small development teams including onshore and offshore resources

Verifies program logic by overseeing the preparation of test data, testing and debugging code within a Pega environment

Works closely with QA teams to conduct integrated stress and performance testing
