Position: Performance Management Specialist

Job Overview:

The Performance Management (PM) Process Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution of PM processes consistently and efficiently in support of the assigned business group. The PM Process Specialist will work with process analyst in India and will be assigned a Business Advisors (BA) and provide exceptional customer service to their business group.

Illustrative Duties and Responsibilities:
• Partners with Talent Business Advisors and Business Leaders to execute the end to end PM lifecycle for the assigned business group including but not limited to Check-Ins, Pulse Surveys, Performance Snapshots, Talent Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, Low Performers etc.
• Communicates across the business to ensure engagement and involvement of key stakeholders
• Reviews and analyzes PM data and highlighting insights, trends and concerns to the TBAs and BLs
• Coaches Team Leaders (TLs) and Deloitte employees on every aspect of the PM processes, specifically the RPM design components
• Collaborates with other Talent teams including Resource Management, Centers of Excellence and Employee Lifecycle Events to deliver on the PM processes
• Works with Talent Relations to manage potential risk when necessary
• Utilizes standard materials where possible to provide a consistent experience to the assigned business group
• Troubleshoots process issues and provides solutions

 

Qualifications:

• BA/BS Degree, 5-7 years of HR Mgmt. or related experience
• Prior experience with Consulting or similar professional services firm.
• Strong process improvement & change mgmt. skills
• Strong Project & Program Mgmt. skills
• Proficient MS Office skills
• Track record of flexibility & learning agility
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects with a virtual team (clients & team)
• Demonstrates creative problem-solving skills
• Identifies and resolves issues effectively, appropriately
• Handles confidential information appropriately
• Professional HR certification preferred
