Our client is a worldwide leader in manufacture and marketing of nutritional supplements. They are seeking a PLM Coordinator to join their team!
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Reviews submitted changes within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) application for completeness and adherence to GMP guidelines.
  • Generates official drafts of documentation from submitted electronic redlines and adjusts formatting of official documentation to conform to standardized expectations.  Selects appropriate reviewers for submitted changes and monitors progress to ensure change reviews transpire in a timely fashion.
  • Monitors change approval progress and routes through PLM workflows based on the nature of dispositions provided by reviewers during the approval process.
  • Initiates transfer of workflow execution to Ops Control staff as changes relate to part configuration and monitors progress to ensure document security.
  • Executes circulation of paper approval processes that exist outside of the PLM environment to completion. Provides assistance to PLM users as needed.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Requires a high school diploma.  Two years college with science courses preferred. 
  • Requires 1-3 years' experience in an office environment using document management skills including typing, maintenance and review of technical documents, preferably associated with medical/healthcare profession, chemical industry or manufacture of consumer related products.
  • Working knowledge of technical terminology associated with the medical/healthcare profession, chemical industry or manufacture of consumer products is required.
  • Working knowledge of GMPs with experience in pharmaceutical and/or nutritional supplements environment preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Including system log-in, navigation, keyboard and Internet/web-based application use and enterprise resource planning (ERP) experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat.
