Job Description: PMO Analyst
Contributes to programs/projects specific to corporate change initiatives that have significant impact on how the company does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function. Assesses the adoption risk associated with the change effort and supporting activities. Identifies, develops and executes strategies and supporting tactics to engage and influence all stakeholders to make needed behavioral changes. Partners with project managers and technology to develop and transition plans, including ongoing success measures, to sustain the change. Responsible for tracking project milestones while developing, maintaining and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan. Accountable for monitoring project budgets and forecasts, and following up with teams to resolve discrepancies. Effectively communicates with managers, peers and business partners on deliverables, timelines and support needed from them. Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.

Job Requirements

• 1-3 plus years of project and/or program management support experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast paced and highly matrixed environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Solid presentation skills for a Senior Manager and Executive audience
• Team player that is resourceful and takes initiative
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - particularly Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word

Desired Skills:
• Understanding of BAC Change and Project Management processes
• Familiarity with BAC tools - RAFT, PCM, PPRT
• Prior experience large corporate or top-tier financial institution
