Title: POS Analyst  

Location: Orlando, FL

Position Summary:

POS Analyst performs the on-site work which is required to install and manage, all deployed POS hardware and software instruments. Instruments may include but are not limited to: Computers, POS network components, printers, copiers, telecommunication devices, etc.

Experience with Micros a plus.

Understand network technologies and protocols especially TCP/IP.

Have a working knowledge of PC desktop operating systems and applications.

Have good presentation and communication skills

Have excellent integrity and demonstrate good moral character and initiative.

Must Haves:

  • Micros 3700
  • POS install and configuration
  • Strong customer service experience
