Jr. Process Engineer:

Duration: 12 months, possibility to extend

Start: ASAP

Job Duties:

  • Assisting teams with process documentation.
  • Creating process maps, SIPOC’s, RACI’s
  • Updating existing process documentation as needed.
  • Acquires and applies basic knowledge of the business and process engineering discipline.
  • Participates and assists with leading and facilitating cross-functional, collaborative teams in business improvement and development initiatives using PP&E standards and guidelines.
  • Gathers information, analyzes data trends, and contributes to the completion of the work product.
  • Utilizes knowledge of customers, products, processes to support business problem analysis and determine the best methodology to resolve defect or issue.
  • Collaborates with team members to resolve design and/or technical issues and identify appropriate issues for escalation.

Minimum Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of relevant business experience
  • Basic knowledge of statistics
  • 2+ years of Lean / Six Sigma (Green Belt)
  • 2+ years of industry tools (SIPOC, VOC, Process Mapping, Process Requirements).
  • Experience with Visio or iGrafix
  • Experience Word, Excel, Box/AWS/Azure

Preferred Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or similar discipline, or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years relevant business support and/or general analysis experience.
