Our client is looking for a Procurement Program Manager in Raleigh, NC.

• Lead, coordinate, and manage strategic procurement initiatives to support the Global Procurement team with a coordinated approach and standardized processes to deliver savings, stakeholder satisfaction, supplier management, and business controls
• Lead the digital transformation of Global Procurement team
• Evaluate and implement new Source-to-Pay solutions
• Be a change agent, including implementing new and enhancing existing processes using Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodology and approach
• Design, manage, and improve the Source-to-Contract processes as the global process owner
• Run the business management system to ensure discipline and follow-up with actions
• Manage metrics coordination and reporting into a global dashboard with recommendations for guiding improvements
• Work as the business controls liaison with internal audits


• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field; MBA is preferred
• 10-15 years of professional experience with a minimum of 5 years of procurement experience in various roles
• Experience developing category management strategies and leading strategic sourcing initiatives
• Solid experience with contract negotiations and ability to operationalize negotiated contracts
• Complex problem-solving with ability to understand objectives, identify obstacles, initiate root cause analysis, mitigate risk, and develop and implement creative solutions
• Good communicator with the ability to inspire and collaborate cross-functionally
• Solid analytical skills in performing complex analysis and handle multiple priorities to guide solutions
• Experience leading multi-disciplined initiatives with minimal amount of supervision
• Experience in preparing and presenting effective presentations and complex ideas to management in a simplified manner
• Industry acumen to identify and implement benchmarks and procurement best practices
• Customer service oriented, team-player attitude
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
