Description:

The EDU Business Development Team is looking for an exceptional Partnerships Manager to launch our Technology Partner Program. This Partnerships Manager will work for Education Business Development Team to operationalize the requirements and benefits of a scaled program, onboard and support for our Technology Partner Program. A strong partner network is critical to expand the use of our products. Strong candidates will be enthusiastic about the edtech space, dedicated and focused on providing top-quality partner programs. The candidate must have experience bringing several large, cross-functional, programs from inception through launch. The ideal candidate will also be a highly motivated professional with demonstrated change management, organizational development and communication skills. Additionally, the candidate must be able to lead relationships cross-functionally across organizational levels. They must be independent, flexible, collaborative and possess outstanding decision-making skills. They should be extremely proactive, responsible, creative, detail-oriented and demonstrate a high-level of 'scrappiness', i.e. ability to be a self-starter and get the job done.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard hundreds of current partners into the partner program
  • Evaluate partner fit and represent our business goals in introductory partner meetings
  • Create communications plans and business plan templates
  • Build out EDU Technology Program section of partner portal
  • Measure partners against the Technology Partner Program requirements
  • Work with marketing to build co-marketing benefit program that we can offer to our partners.
  • Evolve program to proactively pursue partners strategy

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven program or project management experience with 2-3 years’ experience managing complex projects, interfacing with multiple cross-functional teams, and demonstrated ability to deliver.
  • Experience working with technology partners with strong partner management and communication skills and the ability to balance multiple relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills and experience in applying project management techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; communicate clearly and effectively with multiple and diverse stakeholders across businesses, leadership, and teams.
  • Capability to think strategically, balancing a broad range of internal and external factors when identifying problems, proposing solutions, and making decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail balanced by the ability to envision and communicate the big picture.
  • Outgoing, highly organized, adaptable, and tenacious; able to deal with ambiguity and change.
