Job Description:
This role partners with the supported business leads to manage complex transformation initiatives. The team is viewed as collaborative change advisors by the Commercial Banks business and strategy leadership. We help them translate their strategic priorities into transformation programs then lead the delivery of those programs, leveraging industry-leading project and change management practices.
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Become a trusted change advisor to business partners and an expert in leading large-scale delivery in a highly agile environment.
  • Partner with business leads to develop and oversee the delivery of high impact transformation initiatives or workstreams inclusive of definition, scoping, design, and delivery of outcomes and benefits.
  • Distill big picture intent into to tactical requirements and implementation plans.
  • Design and manage integrated and comprehensive plans to deliver strategy, assess and address issues and risks, facilitate decisions, identify interdependencies, and convey status.
  • Consult with business partners to understand complex problems and focus on bringing issues to resolution, influencing and escalating as necessary to meet timelines. Includes clarifying and defining transformation requirements / scope for cross-functional problems.
  • Conduct independent research and analysis to solve ambiguous client problems. Work with transformation teams to develop recommendations to clients (e.g., senior management and/or executives) enabling them to make key business decisions.
  • Lead change implications for both associates and customers.
  • Create over-arching roadmaps, communication and change management plans.
  • Deliver independent projects and/or workstreams in larger programs concurrently in a highly autonomous environment.
  • Bring together multiple lines of business (Card, Commercial, etc.), value streams, agile and non-agile teams to deliver objectives.
  • Resolve ambiguities and negotiate tradeoffs across delivery teams.
  • Identify and resolve gaps in processes and delivery.
  • Ultimately responsible for timely completion of all deliverables.
  • Build expertise in the delivery, agile, and risk management.

Basic Qualifications:
  • At least 6 years of experience leading teams for large scale and complex transformations
  • At least 3 years experience as Agile Coach or Senior Scrum Master
  • Change Management experience
  •  Financial services or banking industry experience
  •  Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent problem solving and influencing skills
