12 Month Contract


1. Experience with dealing with vendors/ staffing providers (across geographies) 
2. Having worked in a supplier management / supplier sourcing would be a big plus 
3. Some experience in the domain of contingent workers, market analysis would also be a plus. 

Overall Responsibilities
-Creates and develops project/program scope and schedules. 
-Applies process and technical enablement knowledge to analysis and problem solving including design of technology solutions and integration of new technology and/or process 
-Consults on/presents recommendations to senior managers on solutions and influences final decisions 
-Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders & leaders. 
-Apply analytical skills suggest solutions and rationalize change. 
-Leads brainstorming sessions to gather requirements. 
-Conduct weekly project meetings. 
-Communicate project status. 

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: 
-Work with business leads to define and manage business process roadmaps. 
-Manages complex HR projects that require the ability to create and implement timelines related to project deliverables, and follow up on their completion and manage sponsor/customer expectations of the outcome of the deliverable 
-Develop project justification proposals, business cases and return on investment estimates, prepare executive briefings and project presentations (ability to tell the story), obtain executive approval. 

Job Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree 
-10 years of experience in a project management/ operations role with at least 3-4 years’ experience focused on data driven process improvement 
-Solutions and client service-oriented, with an emphasis on creativity and relationships. 
-Deep interest and experience in analyzing data and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making. 
-Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands. 
-Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency. 
-Exceptional written and verbal communications skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.-Part of the role would include creating process maps/ documentation. 

Nice to Have Skills: 

-PMP Certification 

-Six Sigma (Black Belt), Scrum Master

-Experience with Agile methodology 

-Experience of dealing with a global team/ Contingent workforce
