Title: Program Manager
Location: San Jose, CA
Contract Duration: Approved until End of 2020. Possibility to extend based on performance and budget
 
 Key responsibilities:
  • Accountable for delivery of their designated workstream (in some instances Venmo technology delivery is handled by release train lead)
  • Manages project plan for workstream
  • Manages risks and issues for workstream
  • Drives routines at the workstream level
  • Manages relationship with SYF counterparts at WS level
  • Facilitates completion of both technology and business-related tasks which are part of the workstream scope.  Examples of business-related tasks might be facilitating screen or content approval between our/Venmo legal and compliance and SYF legal and compliance or setting up telephony for warm transfers.

 
Requirements:
  • Must understand various Agile methodologies and have worked in different environments utilizing Agile
  • Have run multiple projects/programs at once
  • Run multi-layer programs (with partners like Legal, risk, compliance) that have front and backend experience
