Seeking a Human Capital Project Analyst to assist in managing the implementation of various enterprise initiatives.

1) Description

• This role provides assistance in in program management, including tracking project scope, deliverables, resource allocation and budget management.

• This role will partner resources from Human Capital, IT and the business as well as other third parties/vendors to deliver the program objectives.

• This person will bring strong communication skills needed to engage with team members and external vendors. Ultimately, this role will serve as a trusted partner to assist with delivering large, complex programs that further Client's people objectives and add value to its employees.

2) Responsibilities

• Assist with large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives while ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

• Monitor and report on project budgets and forecasts

• Assist with managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs

• Assist in maintaining detailed project plans, SharePoint sites and appropriate tools

• Report and escalate to management as needed

• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Partner with subject matter advisors within Human Capital, IT and the business to drive collaboration and communication

• Perform tactical tasks as needed with an eye on strategic and long-term goals

• Contribute to the development of a Program Management Center of Excellence, including governance and tools

3) Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

• Strong knowledge of Human Capital systems and processes

• Budget tracking

• Ability to build and manage relationships

• Vendor management

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Bilingual in English and Spanish and/or Brazilian Portuguese

4) Preferred Qualifications:

• Healthcare industry experience

• Human Capital Management implementation experience

• Data analytics experience

• Solid analytical, problem-solving and financial analysis skills
