Digital Marketing Coordinator

 

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing support in delivering strategies and tactical plans for their assigned Lines of Businesses (LOB).

 

The successful candidate will support the development of new business initiatives for implementation within the online channel and work with the LOBs and Digital Manager to ensure the digital experience meets the organization’s business objectives.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

»  Work with Digital Managers and LOB groups to maximize online opportunities and to ensure business needs are being met.

»  Ensure all programs are aligned with an online enterprise metrics strategy. 

»  Assist in partnering with the Insights and Analytics team to pull measurements on initiative performance.

»  Supporting the departments team of Digital Managers on a variety of digital projects including day to day maintenance requests

  •   Providing support to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing on various projects

»  Support development of plans to evaluate effectiveness of enterprise initiatives.

»  Add value in designing innovative project ideas that drive customer retention and acquisition.

»  Deliver updates on status of tasks, and create supporting documentation

»  Assist in the writing and presentation of creative and project briefs

 

 

Experience and Skills 

 

Experience:

  •   Undergraduate degree
  •   2-5 years related work experience within a digital marketing environment

»Internet and web technology savvy

»Knowledge of internet principles, best practices, digital marketing, and web technologies

»Comfort level working with digital analytics tools

 

Skills:

»Good technical/project management skills and an understanding of the customer experience

»Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast paced and challenging environment

»Strong organizational, time management and presentation skills

»Proven professional and interpersonal communication skills

»Partner management and negotiation skills would be considered an asset

»Financial Services industry experience an asset, but not required

»Relationship builder who is able to communication with both internal and external stakeholders to maintain a positive, professional relationship;

»Detail oriented and proactive in anticipating and responding to team's needs and manage multiple and changing priorities;
