Primary Job Responsibilities

Point of contact for creating reports, shared systems, tools, and resources to support Integrated People Solutions team operations
Perform functions that maximize the use of the senior leader’s time, including calendar, travel, presentation materials, and team agenda management
Coordinate onboarding of new team members
Schedule presentations and consolidate participant feedback for a global function-wide discussion forum
Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all areas pertaining to data and proprietary information, whether internal or customer specific

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related discipline
4+ years of experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proficiency in presentation, spreadsheet, and other general business software
Ability to learn new technologies quickly
Desire to learn and continually fuel personal career growth opportunities by contributing value at the highest level on a sustained basis
Communicative and comfortable leading projects and taking leadership role in ambiguous situations
Excellent analytical capabilities and a metrics-focused mindset
