TITLE:  Community Content Manager
 
LOCATION:  Piscataway, NJ
Description: 

• Manage moderation team to ensure all community content is clean, concise and relevant

• Work closely with the vendor, social and support editorial teams, attending briefings and strategy sessions to build community content designed to create passion and grow the community.

• Drive programs to drive a higher balance of user-generated content, member conversations and peer-to- peer support / networking

• Promote community content on Twitter and other social channels

• Manage Solutions Rate strategy to ensure community questions are being answered by members, moderators and customer service reps

• Manage content tagging strategy so community content renders into CLIENT WEBSITE search and the support site.

• Measure, analyze and report on content trends, support issues and account sensitive issues that require immediate attention.

• Work with community manager and community leaders to identify the best community members to assist in growing ambassadors program

• Develop innovative content programs and strategies through collaboration with the support content team and customer service.

• Work closely with Jive product management to triage and funnel user requirements for inclusion into the product road map when appropriate

• Develop and manage the strategy for cleaning out and archiving outdated content to help the health and wellness of the community

• Work with the vendor to identify issues in the community, log and track them through to resolution

• Provide ongoing feedback on user needs and make recommendations on UI, suggested customization and enhanced functionality as needed

• Measure, analyze and report on qualitative and quantitative community usage, working with contacts across the business to also determine impact on business results

• Create new spaces within community and train community facilitators across the organization who may have limited or no experience with community management
