Required skills:
  • 7+ years Project Management experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of project management practices and concepts.
  • Typically manages  one or two projects within a Line of Business
  • Managed projects upwards of $1M
  • Background in Corporate Risk, Financial Crimes, Ops Risk, or Legal
  • Experience in Regulatory projects and interaction C-Level sponsors/executive leadership
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Very organized, works well under pressure
  • Proven skill in Risk Management, Financial Management, Change Management, and Issue Management. Ability to negotiate, influence and lead project to a successful outcome.

Preferred skills:
  • CCAR experience
  • Familiarization with Project Management toolsets (EPMT, STAMP, EPM, etc.) a plus.
  • Experience creating a detailed Project Plan and managing the project from it throughout the lifecycle of the project
  • Experience managing the project financials/budget, monthly forecasting and variance analysis
  • Project Management experience defined as end-to-end management of a project delivering defined scope following a very structured policy and methodology
