Job Description:
  • Ensures effective communication and coordination of problem-solving efforts between support teams, account teams, field service personnel and customers.
  • Collaborates with other team members to ensure consistency of delivery, adherence to standard practices, and continuous improvement.
  • Presents operational and service level reports and explains service level support available to internal or external customers.
  • Provides point of contact for process related questions or issues and facilitates process related meetings.

  • Demonstrated Project Management experience simultaneously supporting multiple projects and customers at any given time
  • Demonstrated experience working with sales teams, internal account teams and external customers
  • Proven ability to effectively engage, influence and ensure commitment of stakeholders at all levels, with credibility and authority
  • Ability to critically analyze complex information and assess the need for intervention as appropriate
  • Strong customer focus
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and stay organized
  • Detail conscious and result oriented
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong problem solving, strategic thinking and analysis skills
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
