Responsibilities and Overview

The Migration Specialist will be responsible for the migration of customer data to the client Current Platform and managing customer and data readiness.  The duties include coordination with the client’s Sales and Service team for migration timeframes, cleaning up existing data, and ensuring the inventory is ready by the date of the production migration.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work with data in Excel (advanced Excel skills a plus)
  • Ability to organize and lead calls with client personnel outlining migration data and expected outcome for each category
  • Must be able to overcome objections and work to complete tasks
  • Experience in client provisioning systems preferred
  • Experience in developing training documentation


Education and Certifications

  • A bachelor’s degree or 4 years of Project Management is preferred
  • Candidates with XO backgrounds and organizational skills are preferred



Standard shifts are 9-5 Monday – Friday. 

There are scheduled migration events that require schedule adjustments, and some meetings must be scheduled outside of a 9-5 shift to accommodate the client’s global customer base.
