This position will serve as a project manager for enterprise infrastructure projects. Must have experience planning, coordinating, tracking, and facilitating large Midrange Infrastructure projects in a managed hosting environment. Must have excellent communication skills in working with internal teams, customers, and management. Must be familiar with Agile management methods but be able to adapt to and support a hybrid model tailored for infrastructure delivery.


  • Bachelor degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field preferred. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years’ experience required
  • PMP Certification preferred
  • Agile/Rally experience required
  • Prior experience with AA/HP a plus.
  • Knowledge about Planview tool is a plus


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage one's time
  • Knowledge of midrange hardware and software
  • Knowledge of managed hosting environments, general business processes, quality controls, cost controls and other techniques for delivering project products in a timely and cost effective manner.
  • Working knowledge of server installations and data center principles
  • Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Project, Excel, Word, and user level experience with Sharepoint
  • Experience leading requirements gathering and requirements documentation
  • Proven track record that demonstrates the ability to analyze and solve complex business issues
  • Ability to build strong project teams and working relationships
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Experience working with a variety of business departments is desired
  • Ability to understand technical development projects, and work closely with a highly skilled technical team
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and experience working with business partners, technical teams and all levels of management

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects, working in collaboration with a diverse group of business and technology partners to identify and analyze project requirements.
  • Work with technology provider to identify potential business and innovative technology solutions
  • Collaborate with business units to define the project scope, timeline, and business case justification
  • Facilitate team sessions
  • Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity
  • Coordinate competing needs across departments, leveraging application's
  • capabilities and features to solve business problems and create employee engagement
  • Provide project status communication to stakeholders
  • Create Roadmap for project
  • Create, track and status project and coordinate project activity using Microsoft project
  • Direct project team to deliver functionality on time and with the highest quality
    Log and mitigate project issues/risks
  • Effectively manage change
  • Track project financials to budget and create monthly forecasts of project spend
