Job purpose

Assist in implementing the PMO, configuration and support of SAFe methodology and Scrum framework to the organization’s team level needs, standardizing and documenting practices.  Servant leader and Agile coach for assigned project managers and team.


Duties and responsibilities

  • Coach leaders, teams, and project managers in Agile practices and mindsets
  • Manage and optimize the flow of value through the ART and Solution Train using JIRA software
  • Arranged daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process.
  • Helps product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and ready for the next sprint.
  • Coaches and trains team in Jira best practices according to established processes.
  • Maintain governance calendar that influences project activities.
  • Support the on-boarding of new project team members and help them to access information and settle in quickly.
  • Create an environment of mutual influence
  • Be open and appreciate openness in others



  • 2+ years of Agile experience in an infrastructure environment with knowledge of SAFe and Scrum frameworks is preferred.
  • Proficient in JIRA Software SAFe 4.0 Certification preferred or comparable experience
  • Scrum Master Certification preferred or comparable experience
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred but not required
