Our client is a blockchain-based platform that delivers a simple, powerful, and secure means of exchange. Client can provide everything companies need to build applications at scale, including APIs, a stable token, and a records-transaction component. Unlike other blockchain solutions that focus solely on payments, the solution is capable of securing any credential, skill, donation, payment, achievement, or other data log that needs to be recorded and tracked.
Position Summary:
This role will be managing the daily activities within various projects that span across the entirety of the client’s and customers business. These projects are cross functional in nature and this role will be responsible for working directly with leadership, functional teams, key individuals, and potential partners.

  • Extraordinary communication, both written and oral; including detailed note keeping and documentation
  • Excellent organization, especially dependency and expectation management
  • Familiarity and comfort with high-technology ecommerce and IT environments

 Business Relationship Management
  • Develop communication plans, interfaces, and protocols to actively engage customers and business partners.
  • Partner with business sponsors to define success metrics and criteria.
  • Brief stakeholders on assigned initiatives.
  • Provide accurate forecasts of performance to relevant business stakeholders.
  • Communicate project and program progress to key constituents.

Project Delivery
  • Assess and resolve all high priority project risks as they are encountered.
  • Define and create project plans for projects, portfolio, prioritization and implementation.
  • Manage all aspects of the project life cycle, and work with team members to oversee all phases of project completion.
  • Facilitate all operational checkpoint activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage scope to ensure agreed parameters (time, cost, and/or quality) are met.

  • Proficient with Project Management Tools. (e.g., industry-standard tooling for project scheduling, spreadsheets, electronic communications, flow-charting)
  • Knowledge and familiarity with common current software development and delivery stacks, including Microsoft, Amazon, iOS, Andriod, and ecommerce technology, etc.
  • Knowledge and expertise in the use of project management and SDLC methodologies and tools (i.e., Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, Iterative)

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Five years plus in similar positions at a fast-growing company
  • PMI, Six Sigma, ITIL certification, or other project management certifications or equivalent hands-on experience
