Engagement Manager. 


**Must have 10 years’ experience, a Bachelors degree, a PMP certificate, and  experience within the Insurance sector.**    

Top 3-5 Desired Skills 

1.Knowledge of systems development methodologies highly preferred. 
2.Broad knowledge of technologies and information technology approaches. 
3.Knowledge of insurance plan technologies and management systems.    

Basic Qualifications:  
1. Experience: 10+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience.  
2. Minimum of 5 years of process and/or project management, consulting, or related business experience. 
3. Significant Business Development and Project Management experience required involving complex and diverse business organizations.  
4. Must have experience within the Insurance sector; experience in the healthcare insurance industry is highly desirable. 
5. Knowledge of industry specific go-to-market solutions a plus.  
6. Track record of interacting and building relationship with CXO level client contacts   7. Global Delivery Model background experience desirable    

Preferred Qualifications: 

1. Graduate degree in a business or management discipline. 
2. Knowledge of process management/improvement, methodologies. 
3. Knowledge of systems development methodologies  
4. Knowledge of insurance plan marketing technologies and management systems.    .  

Additional Requirements:  A demonstrated excellence in analysis, documentation, and presentation tools. Strong skills in critical thinking and analysis, meeting facilitation, verbal and written communications, and interpersonal interactions (e.g., partnering, conflict management, consulting, etc.).
