Junior Project Manager

Duration: 6-12 month contract

  • Project Management – 2 yrs
  • Communication – 2 yrs
  • Leadership – 2yr
  • Planning Skills – 2yr

 

MS Suite – Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Skype

Collaboration Tools – Sharepoint, Confluence.

 

Nice to Have:

Service Management Tool – Currently utilizing ServiceNow. 

 

Looking for person who has familiarity with IT technologies and environment. 

  • Conduct several weekly debriefs, collaborating with different functional teams to determine a summary of the event, root cause, and mitigating steps/action items. 
  • Document item into Service Management tool and ensure that the action items are being addressed, implemented and documented so that the problem record can be closed. 
  • Perform audits on problem records. 
  • Contribute summary information on assigned debriefs to determine if they will be discussed during our Weekly Review Session for all of IT.
