Apex Systems has an opportunity available with a large online retailer as a Technical Program Manager. This role is needed to help support a beta program. Highly confidential project, not much detail will be shared in the beginning stages.  

 

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Collect data that helps impact major business decisions
  • Coordinating with client customers for testing (30-50 customers at a time)
  • Create pleasant experience
  • Mostly tactical and logistical

 

Top 3 Skills:

  1. Comfort with ambiguity, fast moving process
  2. Excel and SharePoint experience
  3. Ability to create and maintain large sets of data (thousands)

 

Nice to Have:

Automation experience

 

How is performance measured?

Execution- quick and efficiency

Ensure good communication with customers and create positive experience

 

Services to be performed:

  • Maintaining beta customer participant list
  • Inviting new participants
  • On-boarding new participants by giving them relevant information on a timely basis
  • Engaging with beta participants to ensure regular participation and feedback
  • Assisting with beta testing and ensuring that beta participants have a pleasant experience
  • Collating and triaging customer feedback
  • Light reporting required skills 3-5 yrs. of project/program management.

 

Functional skills:

  • Knowledge of web-based content management systems
  • Ability to create, maintain, and analyze large lists
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Comfort with MS Excel and SharePoint

Contract Details:

Client can only support: Citizen or Green Card
