As a Quality Assurance Tech you will execute audio lab testing covering device setup, calibration, and test set execution on partner AVS devices. Report out results. Manage inventory and test equipment, schedule for testing.

Duration: 3 Months

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Must be citizen or green card. Cannot work C2C

 

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • At least 3 years of CE testing experience (creating and executing test cases)
  • Experience with QA methodology and tools such as bug trackers
  • Ability to organize and track multiple test executions simultaneously, ability to synthesize and report test results.

 

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar engineering field.
  • Audio system test experience. Scripting and coding experience is also beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills and teamwork.
  • Attention to detail and ability to root cause important issues impacting the process or customers
  • Comfortable communicating cross-functionally and across management levels in formal and informal settings
  • Mobile and/or IoT (Internet of Things) industry experience a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills Meticulous attention to detail; the ability to juggle many tasks in parallel without lowering the quality bar
  • Excellent customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in delivering world-class customer experience
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; strong bias towards data-based decision making, and comfort with pro-forma financial and operational analyses.
  • Team needs testing support, Black box manual testing experience required
