My client in Druid Hills  is looking for a Reconciliation, Billing/Collections Researcher to join them.   You would be responsible for reviewing issues, debits, credits, and client balances

Ideally need a business analyst - good client facing skills (verbal and written comm), handle unhappy clients or clients who have issues (not afraid to ask questions or gain clarity from clients). Able to handle reconciliations.

Candidates must be W2 and able to work on-site. Heavy emphasis on candidates who have worked on reconciliations. Need strong business process and analytical skills - for example, reconciling a client account - collection letter goes out for 6 months past due, client says they paid, then this role will need to go through all the old invoices and understand what payments were applied to what invoices and reconcile them. Look for any misapplied payments and understanding how much client owes. (invoices could go back a couple of years). 'Master of Reconciliations' is what is needed for this role. Ideally would like to convert perm if that option becomes available. Standard M-F 8-5 schedule.
