  • Release Train Engineer


What Project/Projects will the candidate be working on while on assignment?

  • Multiple initiatives that support both the Pharmacy organization as well as items that tie back to the overall Enhanced Health Care Value effort. The goals either being improved capabilities as well as cost savings opportunities to the members.



  • Healthcare experience would be helpful, but overall, I need someone who is solid and practiced in the Agile delivery model. I don’t need someone with 10+ years, but anything less than 2 years is a non-starter.



  • Agile RTE experience, financial management and communication.

  • The ability to clearly communicate and press for delivery (people who are more administrative in their role are not good candidates).



  • The ability to both influence and help others in their transition to Agile.


Is this person a sole contributor or part of a team?

  • Sole contributor


What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position?

  • Agile program management, financial management, Product Management Council facilitation, Documentation and status reporting, program delivery.


What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities?

  • CA Agile, PPM Optics and Aha!


What skills/attributes are a must have?

  • Agile experience, financial detail management, status reporting, ability to manage multiple, likely disparate, work efforts.


What skills/attributes are nice to have?

  • Value Stream Engineer experience, testing or test management experience


Where is the work to be performed?

  • MN office is preferred location, with NJ and CT being secondary locations. Rationale is that majority of the work will be done during CT and PT zones.
