This 3+ Month Contract opportunity offers competitive pay along with benefits. If interested, please respond with your updated resume and best method of contact to   Description: This position is for a self-motivated candidate who understands the revenue cycle of a medical claim. Our ideal candidate has the ability to review and comprehend multiple aspects of how a claim is billed, processed with an insurance and understand remittance notices as well as other correspondence from the payer. They must have the ability to effectively work a claim using multiple sources, such as, calling a payer, writing effective appeals and reconsiderations, sending appropriate medical records/documentation or making necessary adjustments to accounts. The candidate has the ability to touch claims the least amount of times possible as well as collect the maximum reimbursement according to our contracts as possible.


  • 2+ years of experience with Healthcare Accounts Receivable
  • Must be able to meet specified departmental production and quality standards as defined by supervisor, manager and/or organization.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and communicate effectively.
  • Must have strong analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to quickly learn complex computer applications.
  • Ability to maintain good customer service in challenging situations and manage escalated calls.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills required.
  • Must also have excellent research, analytical and problem resolution skills.
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and proficient computer skills required to include experience with Windows based applications (Excel & Word).
  • Pharmacy terminology desired.
