Apex Systems has an immediate need for Call Center Representatives in the Mount Prospect, IL area! 
Job Description:
  • Obtain insurance authorizations for new and current patients.
  • Verify insurance coverage for changes in medication orders.
  • Research and follow up on authorization denials
  • Work closely with staff to collect additional information on Physician Orders.
  • Scan and upload documents from insurance providers into electronic records system and notify appropriate departments.
  • Submit changes to patient prescriptions in the system and obtain authorization for payment

Shift: M-F 7:30 am through 7:30 Pm (8 hour shift)
