This role is to lead Data Management’s Request Management team that oversees the queue of program work efforts and aids in facilitation of program prioritization.


Request Management Lead

  • Coordinate Program prioritization; providing guidance and alignment to the various teams on order of execution via a streamlined Prioritization process
  • Serves as the integration point for various Program partner interactions & processes (Technology, Line of Business, Project Management & Data Management) to take place in order for work efforts to be seen through to completion
  • Participate in regular business meetings across the Program to communicate alignment of work efforts
  • Communicate critical Program deadlines that impact request governance
  • Create reporting of various metrics to senior leadership/stakeholders to indicate workstream(s) status and health
  • Manage established Request Management routines, governance & execution of ad-hoc deliverable assignments
  • Support and participate in Program initiative to migrate Request Management tracking tool to a more efficient strategic state



Must have:

  • Excellent interpersonal, time management, problem solving and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • General knowledge of project management lifecycle
  • Strong project coordination skills
  • Previous experience managing SharePoint
  • Strong Excel, Power Point & Visio skills – ability to create and enhance process design
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated & pro-active individual
  • Ability to work independently and in team settings
  • Proven ability to create relationships and navigate political environments
  • Ability to multitask and work amongst shifting priorities

  • Proficient in Excel graphs and pivot tables
