Group: Visual Information Systems

Duration: 6 month to perm


Individual needed to join team responsible for maintaining and managing the Defense Department’s visual information records, providing visual information services to other DoD components and managing the Joint Combat Camera program.

This person will primarily act as a liaison for the customers with the DVI Application team to ensure applications and systems requirements are meeting customer’s needs.  This individual will respond to customer tickets in the JIRA system in a thorough and timely manner. Individual will also train customers on the applications and systems, as needed.


  • Interim or Active Secret Clearance
  • 1-3 years of experience with customer service support
  • Experience reviewing and verifying requirements
  • Soft/People skills (communication written/verbal is critical)
  • One of the following certs: CCNA Security, CSA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, SSCP 


  • Experience with ticket systems
  • Experience conducting User Acceptance Testing
  • Experience conducting Training (focus on training for COTS/GOTS application users)
