Primary Job Responsibilities:
  • Characterize and evaluate protein expression in modified mammalian cells
  • Document experiments and maintain ELN
  • Evaluate and interpret data
  • Adhere to laboratory guidelines and safety

Primary Job Requirements:
  • B.A. degree in biology, biochemistry or a related discipline and at least 1 year of experience in a research laboratory
  • Working knowledge of western blotting (LI-COR), protein quantification methods (Bradford, BCA assay), mammalian cell culture and molecular cloning
  • Working knowledge of post-translational modification analysis and FACS experience is a plus
  • Knowledge and experience in conventional PCR and qPCR
  • Attention to detail and rigorous in science
