Position: Risk Analyst 

Location: San Jose, CA

Length: 3+ Month Contract  

Language Requirements: Need Chinese Language Skills 

 

This position is a key member of the Moderation team and will work with the team to enforce the adherence and preservation of quality standards, and ensure that everything is maintained to client’s standards.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Analyzing/labeling account risk data to train models/algorithms, assisting with ad hoc projects, and providing feedback to management to improve tools, policies, and procedures.
  • The position requires excellent communication skills, resourcefulness, dependability, attention to detail, and ability to manage a variety of responsibilities.
