We are looking for 2 Salesforce Administrators for a large financial client here in Charlotte. They are looking to do interviews as soon as possible so please send your resume if you are interested. 

We can only work on W2 basis. 

The SF Platform Administrator will work as part of a team dedicated to ensuring that we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the platform based on the needs from various lines of business.  We are seeking someone with excellent technical and communication skills who can interface with functional analysts and internal stakeholders to understand business needs in order to administer changes and enhance the platform accordingly.  In addition, this position will be responsible for delivering tactical and strategic solutions in support of all Sales and Service CRM enhancements for the client. 


• Proactively seek out and identify requirements needed for system enhancements

• Implement system changes without interruption to the user base

• Oversee new releases of SFDC and efficiently roll out new features when appropriate

• Manage processes that impact / relate to

• Handle ongoing customization/alteration of

• Create and maintain fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns and other objects and functions

• Implement custom objects when necessary

• Maintain, enhance and create workflows, functions and configurations within the environment

• Create new reporting capabilities and respond to ad hoc reporting requests as needed

• Maintain security including sharing rules and security levels

• Design, create and maintain user roles, profiles and hierarchies

• Develop complex, macro driven reports to summarize system information for Senior Management

• Create and administer training to existing or new users/groups

• Continually seek ways to further enhance the end?user experience

• Expand use of – attend planning meetings, assist with determining if /how can be used in new ways as opposed to purchasing a new internal system.

• Modify the system to increase benefits and usability

• Make recommendations to management regarding implementations as appropriate

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience performing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configuration

• Minimum expectation of a Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent education/experience

• Administrator certification is required

• In depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of and have successfully expanded on those capabilities through the use of custom code (Apex, s?controls) and/or integration with external systems

• Previous re engineering experience updating an existing configuration to provide solutions for reporting, workflows and enhanced functions

• Strong reporting background using standard functionality

• Detail oriented and self?starter with strong written and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team

• Previous SAFe® Scaled Agile team implementation experience

• Excellent communication skills with enthusiastic personality

• Strong problem solving skills, data and software applications
