Their team engages, understands and advises consumer real estate customers of available solutions to resolve mortgage delinquencies.

The position will be focused on providing analytic and strategy solutions for the Mortgage Servicing portfolio. Incumbent must have proven experience in analytics and data management experience. Successful candidate must have proven ability to effectively liaison across and within business functions.
Specifically this individual will have responsibility to:

  • Establish relationships with Servicing Leaders
  • Lead activities to support and deliver presentations for executives and external audiences
  • Coordinate and drive common approach to regulatory and compliance metrics/reporting
  • Ensure adherence to all aspects of operational and compliance risk management policies
  • Enhance data management and reporting environment tools to measure performance trends and enable identification of operational/control break points for various investors
  • Responsible for delivering analyses, insights and decision strategies for a functional area with impact across a business line(s) or with some enterprise-wide impact
  • Transformation of data into information and provides information and strategic insight that will assist leaders decision-making relative to corporate products, services and process improvements that impact business outcomes
  • Define measurement standards and collaborate with business partners to achieve consistent agreement and application of definitions, measurements and interpretation

Required Qualifications  


  • 6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling; or a Masters degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied math, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis and 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Other Desired Qualifications  


  • Demonstrated proficiency and previous work experience in SQL and/or SAS
  • Technical skills that can take data and turn into a presentation/story and articulate the story surrounding the data to senior leaders in the organization
  • Ability to research, trend/analyze data, summarize and recommend new strategies and solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) analytical results, and recommendations
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills with the ability to quickly recognize and resolve problems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and tasks simultaneously
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to acquire new concepts and skills quickly
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, with ability to apply critical judgment
  • Demonstrated excellence at identifying stakeholders, understanding business needs and driving analytical/reporting solutions
  • Proven experience in building partnerships, collaborating and influencing at senior levels and across business lines
  • Demonstrated ability to manage effectively in a matrixed organization, develop partnerships with many business and functional areas, provide insights into data/processes and identify trends which may present opportunities or reflects gaps
  • Relationship building and the ability to drive decision making through a consensus building approach
  • Mortgage Servicing Experience
  • Experience with Business Intelligence and Analytic Reporting Tools
  • Advanced degree highly desirable
