Position Description:
  • Participate in the onboarding of unmanaged applications onto one of the IAM entitlement management platforms - Oracle IAM Enterprise Solution.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) after onboarding is complete.
  • Collaborate between lines of business and project management teams to document and address application deficiencies with respect to entitlement management via IES, ART, ACT. 
  • Review and assess application compliance within EAM Operations to existing Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) policies, processes, and procedures; and recommend changes to become compliant.
  • Assess organizational policies and procedures throughout all application transition phases.
  • Other EAM Operations application onboarding process improvement related efforts as needed.

Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems or process design experience, information security analyst, or a combination
  • Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience including provisioning, deprovisioning, certification

Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience with Oracle IAM tool, or other IAM management solutions
  • Active Information Security certifications (Examples: CISSP, CISM, CISA, Security+)
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent cross-organizational teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail
