Senior Business Analyst

Overview:

The Senior Business Analyst will primarily function as a liaison between IT and business users to elicit requirements for a project to configure a new product and integration this product within the current environment.  This person reviews, analyzes, and evaluates user needs to define future state processes that support the overall business strategy.  This person will be required to utilize their expertise to determine the best requirements management techniques in support of either Waterfall or iterative project approaches.  Requirements Management includes but is not limited to;

Required:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other technology related field
  • Experience working on Scrum-based projects/ utilizing Gherkin statements, as well as more traditional techniques such as; UML and or BPMN.
  • 7+ years of related experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,

Preferred:

  • Experience with Jira, Jama, Balsamiq and Microsoft Office
  • Experience working with Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) software implementations and or Oracle FSA product implementations
  • Prior experience working in a regulated environment is not required, but will aid in on-boarding/familiarization
