The Senior CRM Support Specialist is a key contributor to support data validation and data migration during major project releases in the CRM Application. The role will work within the Sales organization to support system improvements. This is a senior level position with an opportunity to learn about business operations, encompassing the end to end sales process.


Provide support and resolution to the Sales organization Interact with cross functional groups including IT to mitigate and resolve any CRM issues Interpret Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and help manage a team for business testing Document problems and activity and solution for each incident Communicate the status of issues to the business requester and the CRM team Help manage a team for prioritization


Self-starter and eager to learn

Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Familiarity with sales tools including CRM, forecasting applications & back office, preferably in a SaaS environment is a must.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as a team member

The ideal candidate will have 3- 5 years of business operations experience.
