Senior Program Project Manager needed to manage and lead fast paced, vendor developed projects in the Marketing and Sales space. Individual must be able to work independently and work well in large cross organizational teams. Strong communication, organizational, and in depth knowledge of IT policies and practices are required to excel. .Handle and prioritize multiple tasks across three applications (DRE and DDH) and navigate ambiguous situations. .Use indirect influence to lead and manage change. .Resolve development obstacles such as integration and development issues. .Coach and lead vendors through IT policies and practices to ensure SDM Core and ISP compliance and the security of the.Provide software development guidance .Provide high level program management .Consult on the completeness and clarity of the technical design of the solution. .Perform the duties as the Retail AEM stack Governor .Resolve development obstacles Skills Required: MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Skills Preferred: N/A Experience Required: MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience Preferred: .Minimum 5 years of progressive IT experiences in Project Management .Solid foundation in both the art and science of Project Management .Progressive project management responsibilities .Proficient with work plan development and documentation using Microsoft Project or equivalent .Experience with release status review and reporting at all levels of management .Working knowledge of Agile and Classic delivery methodologies and practices .Excellent interpersonal and communication skills .Ability to communicate with all levels of management .Team player .Experience with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams .Experience with vendor and partner relations and management .Ability to work with multiple work streams to help provide a unified consumer facing application. .Strong analytical and problem solving skills .Self-starter/capable of working independently .Experience in AD, AM and AGILE operating model .Excellent communication and team building skills .Ability to own working together .Ability to innovate and change current state .Ability to work with minimal direction and escalation .Ability to work independently and as part of a team Education Required: Bachelors Education Preferred:   Additional Safety Training/Licensing/Personal Protection Requirements:
