We’re looking for an experienced full stack engineer to build the next generation of digital tools and HR application integration for our employees. 

Contractor-To-Hire Position: This assignment is for a 6-month assignment leading to a potential full time position. 

The role requires an agile engineering mindset, patience and persistence to solve complex problems, ability to get things done quickly and thoughtfully, and strong engineering skills. As a member of a scrum team, responsible for partnering with the peer engineers and vendors to identify, define, configure and build solutions that leverage vendor API libraries, internal and vendor services and documentation to integrate hosted solutions, exchange confidential data in real time bi-directionally, and support the overall solutions and employee experience. Potentially expose features of vendor applications through a personalized user portal or mobile application. 

Responsible for working with lead architect/engineers and scrum team to enable capabilities through digital solutions by leveraging vendor services and internal architectural design in partnership with application architect practice. May be engaged in both new feature and operational support activities including common software management standards and process adherence.

What we’re looking for: Ability to analyze, design, develop, deploy and support client facing web applications and Rest API services. JavaScript, C#, and Java expertise (Node.js, React), HTML/CSS experience, competency with CSS preprocessors (LESS, SASS) and build tools (Webpack, Rollup, Git). Strong sense of ownership and the drive to tackle cross-team projects. Effective communication skills: explain technical solutions to both engineering and non-technical teammates. Team player: brings out the best in fellow engineers and collaborates well with product owners and lead architects/engineers. 5-7 years of development experience.

Nice to haves: Experience with Enterprise HR SaaS applications, examples including SuccessFactors, Fieldglass, and Ultipro. Ability to mentoring other developers. Familiar with Informatica or Power BI is helpful Experience with analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, New Relic, Heap), familiarity with Docker & Kubernetes Familiarity with Azure, Amazon Web Services, and Single Sign On
